Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in software architecture, AI, or automation systems, with a strong background in building scalable and resilient AI-powered solutions.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Leadership experience in guiding engineering teams, setting architectural direction, and fostering technical excellence.
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms, AI / ML models, and automation frameworks, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
• Strong knowledge of security, data governance, and compliance best practices to maintain robust and compliant systems.
• Exceptional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Industry experience in music, media, or digital publishing is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain AI automation architecture to ensure resilience, scalability, and security.
• Lead technical governance and best practices for AI solution development and deployment.
• Manage and mentor software engineers and subject matter experts, fostering a high-performance technical team.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and platform engineers to drive successful AI integrations.
• Establish technical standards and guidelines for AI-powered automation solutions.
