About the position

You will be responsible for designing and implementing the future state organizational capabilities through business process transformation and change management to support our people and realize business value. You will execute the business strategy.

Your goal is to transform end-to-end company processes, systems, people competencies, and data, implementing new capabilities within regional organizations, aligning with global best practices.

You will collaborate with the global Business Process Transformation team and regional management, reporting to the Head of Digital EMEA.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and support global and EMEA projects for business process transformation
• Manage change activities related to programs such as ERP replacements
• Contribute to top and bottom-line impact through high-priority transformation programs
• Implement standardized operating procedures and strategic programs
• Support the ERP team and regional rollout of the global S/4 Hana program
• Build change management capabilities through an enterprise change management program
• Coach and mentor the EMEA business process transformation team

Your Experience

• University degree in Computer Science, IT Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Multiple years of experience in digital roles, consulting, and change management
• Proven experience managing large-scale business transformations, including SAP or S/4 Hana implementation
• Leadership in shaping process vision, strategy, and change management
• Industry expertise in manufacturing (B2B)
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies like BPM, ADKAR, Prosci, Swimlanes
• Continuous learning mindset with strategic and delivery focus
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
