Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and coordinate event and trade fair projects from conception through to post-event analysis.
  2. Responsible for the strategic planning, organization, and execution of trade shows and events.
  3. Develop trade fair and event concepts and strategies based on defined KPIs.
  4. Manage the budget for trade fair projects.
  5. Create reports and event documentation to evaluate success.
Qualifications:
  • University degree in event management, marketing, or a comparable qualification.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in event management.
  • Excellent knowledge in planning and organizing B2B/B2C trade shows and events.
  • Knowledge in budget planning and control.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Creativity and innovative thinking.
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
