Job Description: Lead Engineer Electrical Instrumentation and Control (EI&C) / Project Manager EI&C (m/w/d)
Location:
Multiple locations across Germany including Penzberg, Burghausen, Hattersheim, Rheinbach, Dortmund, Neu-Ulm, Dresden, Berlin, Hamburg, Braunschweig, Niedersachsen.
Position Details:
Full-time, 40 hours/week. We are expanding our team in the Electrical Instrumentation and Control (EI&C) sector. If you are an engineer or technician with passion and commitment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Participate in exciting client projects within interdisciplinary teams.
- Create concepts, plan, specify, and tender components for the entire EI&C sector.
- Assist with cost estimation and bid support.
- Lead or support project management tasks.
- Design energy distribution concepts (MV and LV), switchgear, field instrumentation, automation technology, process control systems, industrial network and fieldbus technology.
- Act as a liaison between clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
- Coordinate trades and subcontractors.
- Oversee commissioning and acceptance of services.
- Contribute to risk analyses.
- Develop and demonstrate functional safety (SIL) or perform safety proof calculations.

Candidate Profile:
- Technical education as an engineer (diploma, master, or bachelor), technician, or master in electrical, measurement, automation engineering with at least 8 years of professional experience.
- Extensive experience in plant planning, preferably in pharmaceutical, chemical, oil, and gas industries.
- Knowledge of applicable electrical standards and regulations.
- Experience in at least two project phases: planning, procurement, realization, testing, commissioning, documentation.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- Teamwork and organizational skills.
