The Role:

As the Team-Head of Commercial Asset & Portfolio Management, you will be responsible for both the strategic direction and day-to-day management of the team. Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the profitability, liquidity, and long-term value growth of the investment portfolio.
• Managing internal and external stakeholders across the entire investment lifecycle while identifying opportunities to streamline and optimize processes.
• Providing leadership, training, and mentorship to support the professional development of the team.
• Working closely with senior management and key stakeholders, contributing innovative ideas to strengthen the organization’s position in the renewable energy market.

Your Profile:

Our client is looking for a highly skilled professional who brings a strong combination of expertise, leadership, and strategic thinking. The ideal candidate will have:

• A degree in economics or a related qualification.
• Extensive experience in asset or portfolio management within the renewable energy sector.
• Proven ability in financial modelling and planning, particularly for closed-end fund products.
• Leadership experience is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English and German is required; French language skills would be an advantage.
