A Day in the Life

Gain the opportunity to be at the forefront of the future of electrophysiology. As a Technical Consultant for our Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) team, you will have a direct impact on advancing patient care through Medtronic's technologies and therapies. We are dedicated to leading the market with our Affera Mapping and Ablation System, innovating cutting-edge ablation catheters, cardiac mapping systems, and traditional electrophysiology (EP) products.

Join our team and be part of a community of experts committed to ensuring quality and affordable care around the world. This position will be based in Germany and will be a remote role, with travel comprising 80-100%. You will work across Germany and Western Europe, gaining invaluable experience in diverse markets and building a strong international network.

Responsibilities may include:

• Planning programmes with the Sales Manager and other groups to train customers
• Providing technical support to customers regarding CAS products and procedures
• Supporting sales and marketing teams during presentations and product launches
• Reporting market trends, account information, and competitive insights
• Gathering and reporting customer feedback, product issues, and complaints
• Completing administrative duties, including activity reports

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Engineering
• Knowledge of electrophysiology procedures and products
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and focus on quality

Experience in the medical device industry and hospital environments is highly valued.
