We’re looking for a motivated People Operations Manager (m/f/d) to join one of our portfolio companies and lead its Human Resources strategies.

In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on streamlining our people operations processes and tools, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and have the opportunity to contribute to various P&C topics.

Join our portfolio company: a German dual-use technology company that develops unmanned ground vehicles to spearhead automation in both governmental and civilian use cases.

In this role, you’ll:
  • Address people operations queries from employees promptly and accurately, ensuring clear communication and understanding of policies and procedures
  • Efficiently manage all personnel operations including payroll and HR practices
  • Ensure compliance with German labor laws and standards
  • Lead initiatives that support people and culture projects across the organisation
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Drive digital transformation in HR and modernise legacy systems through strategic innovation
Your Profile
  • 4+ years of experience in People Operations or a related field, preferably within a tech environment
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships and act as a trusted advisor
  • Experience with HRIS and other People systems is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret HR metrics

Please note that we are looking for support in the Munich office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
