Our Growing Mobile Team

Our direct-to-consumer offering is expanding rapidly, and we are seeking an experienced Flutter Engineer to elevate one of On's high-profile mobile projects. You will join our technology hub in Berlin and work closely with product stakeholders in Zurich.

Your Mission

1. Build and maintain the project codebase within the Mobile team, continuously improving code standards.
2. Collaborate with the Product team to estimate features, design experiments, and provide feedback on the product roadmap.
3. Identify opportunities to enhance the technical roadmap.
4. Contribute to the iterative improvement of agile processes.
5. Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines, including improvements like canary deployments and automated rollbacks.

Your Profile

1. 7+ years of native mobile development experience, preferably iOS.
2. 3+ years of experience using Flutter for large-scale mobile applications.
3. Strong appreciation for mobile products and user experience.
4. Proficiency with object-oriented languages such as Swift, Java, or Dart.
5. Experience with GraphQL is a plus.
6. Understanding of mobile development best practices and clean architecture.
7. Experience with TDD and BDD is preferred.
8. Good understanding of RDBMS and offline-first architectures.
9. Fluent in English.
