What You'll Do:

1. Manage and support the internal ICT infrastructure, including endpoint deployment and centralized logging.
2. Provide technical support to employees across various branches, both on-site and remotely.
3. Lead IT projects like planning and installing new servers and network infrastructures.
4. Ensure smooth IT service management, including service requests, incident management, and problem-solving.
5. Optimize and automate IT processes, constantly striving for improvement.
6. Handle IT procurement and manage the inventory of hardware, software, and other ICT-related assets.
7. Support IT security by assisting with technical incident responses.

What We’re Looking For:

1. At least 5 years of experience in administration and support of MS Windows-based client-server landscapes.
2. Hands-on experience with IT hardware and software support, installation and maintenance of endpoints, and network infrastructure administration.
3. Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM), including Incident, Problem and Change Management.
4. A degree in an IT-related field.
5. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
6. Proficiency in written and spoken German and English.
