To support our rapidly growing business, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Director of Growth Product Management.
The Role
The Director of Growth Product Management is a pivotal leadership role, owning the vision, strategy, and execution of Oviva’s pre-treatment patient acquisition journey. Acting as a strategic bridge between Marketing and the core (Treatment) Product, you will ensure a seamless and exceptional patient experience - from initial interest to lead registration through to prescription and onboarding. We are looking for someone who has a strong conversion rate optimisation background (either through UX, tech improvements, or content marketing), coming up with out-of-the-box solutions for higher engagement that help convince future patients that Oviva is the right weight loss solution for them.
