Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in digital sales, client management, customer service, business development, customer outreach, marketing, consulting, digital advertising, or related fields.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in either Russian or Polish to work effectively with stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development.
  • Experience working in the digital advertising sales industry.
  • Proven ability to build a book of business and secure new customers while meeting targets.
  • Experience managing relationships with customers, agencies, and service partners.
  • Fluent communication skills in Ukrainian, Russian, or Polish to collaborate with key stakeholders.

Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sales teams serve as trusted advisors, focusing on customer success by offering the best Google solutions to small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). As part of our team, you will work with business owners to help grow their enterprises, shaping the future of innovation for customers, partners, and sellers, all while enjoying the work.

Responsibilities
  • Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and senior stakeholders, understanding their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
  • Develop a clear, long-term joint strategy between Google and clients, leading cross-functional teams within Google to collaborate on projects and ensure client success.
  • Plan for and achieve growth goals by presenting Google advertising products and solutions that help clients meet their marketing objectives.
  • Create data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations aligned with customer goals, identifying high-impact opportunities with clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Secure new Google Ads clients by presenting marketing solutions and creating relevant ad campaigns to maximize their returns.
