  1. Improving customer experience through cross-data analysis to increase site utilization and commercial return for customers and E.ON.
  2. Leading work packages to enhance our commercial data management and automate end-to-end processes.
  3. Performing root cause analysis to identify systematic issues and develop recommendations with our technical team.
  4. Creating regular dashboards and management reports to monitor eMobility operations performance.
  5. Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders across multiple teams and partners.

Your profile should include:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in data sciences, engineering, IT, or a related field.
  2. Professional experience in data management and analytics.
  3. Experience evaluating data collections and creating performance dashboards in Microsoft PowerBI.
  4. Strong communication skills in English and German, with the ability to convince and drive solutions forward.
  5. Knowledge of e-mobility/electrical infrastructure is a plus.
  6. Experience in project management and leading project teams.
  7. Experience collaborating with external partner companies.
  8. A proactive, 'can-do' attitude and a mindset of continuous improvement.
