Your Responsibilities

1. Drive and manage high-impact projects across E.ON's sourcing processes for products and services, in close collaboration with business units.
2. Develop and implement sourcing optimization initiatives to improve supply chain quality.
3. Ensure goal-oriented project management with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting milestones.
4. Collaborate with negotiation experts and category teams to refine sourcing strategies.
5. Design communication strategies and decision templates for senior management regarding sourcing activities.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; additional qualifications such as PhD or MBA are welcome.
• Several years of hands-on project management experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management; consulting experience in strategic procurement is also valuable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high-level project management capabilities to handle complex, interdisciplinary projects.
• Ability to adapt in dynamic environments with multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in English and German.
