We are looking for an Agency Partner to join Snap Inc. based in Hamburg or Berlin.

What you’ll do:

  1. Partner closely with Germany’s largest agency networks to unlock their investments on Snap and make them multipliers for Snap’s business in the German market.
  2. Build and manage senior-level relationships with key agency stakeholders.
  3. Identify, prioritize, and secure new business opportunities via agencies.
  4. Offer strategic media solutions through a consultative approach.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to execute operational and strategic initiatives.
  6. Create persuasive sales presentations leveraging market trends and case studies. Design and deliver programs to educate and inspire agency teams.
  7. Analyze agency investments and campaign performance, offering optimization recommendations.
  8. Regularly update agencies on Snapchat’s products, developments, and best practices.
  9. Manage commercial deals, Joint Business Plans (JBPs), and the agency trading relationship.
  10. Balance priorities to drive innovation, fulfill learning agendas, and drive Snap’s revenue.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  1. In-depth understanding of advertising performance metrics and ecosystems.
  2. Extensive expertise in social media, mobile apps, and digital/mobile marketing.
  3. Proven track record of engaging and partnering with C-level agency executives, securing support from key stakeholders.
  4. Strong network of relationships with agency decision-makers.
  5. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a quick turnaround in generating reports and organizing data in spreadsheets and presentations.
  6. Excellent project management skills, with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Ability to excel in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  8. Skilled in managing ambiguity while maintaining an action-oriented mindset.
  9. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BA/BSc degree or equivalent preferred
  2. 8+ years of media sales marketing / online advertising experience working with agencies
  3. Ability to travel as needed
  4. Fluency in German and English is required to interact with external and internal stakeholders
