Your mission

You lead and manage a high-performing team of approximately 5 User Acquisition Managers, ensuring they meet KPIs through your strategic, analytical, and growth-oriented mindset. You foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous development.

You take full ownership of user acquisition, overseeing budget management, executing growth strategies, and ensuring seamless stakeholder collaboration to drive business success.

You drive and optimize user acquisition strategies, empowering your team with data-driven insights to maximize growth and impact.

You bring deep expertise in User Acquisition, combining strategic insight with hands-on optimization skills. Your team learns from your expertise and hands-on approach in driving data-informed growth.

You foster and maintain strong relationships with key contacts from marketing networks, ensuring high-impact collaborations.

You stay updated with industry trends and continuously improve processes.

Your profile

• Owning a university degree in marketing, analytics, business, or a similar field.
• Proven experience leading User Acquisition teams in dynamic environments, ideally within a gaming company, with strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Experience managing paid mobile marketing campaigns and App Store Optimization (ASO). Web marketing (Google Search Ads) experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads, IronSource, and Applovin.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Dedication, adaptability, and excellent communication skills.
• Fluent English is mandatory; knowledge of German is welcome.
