We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist (all genders) to join our "Data Science Pricing" squad in Logistics on our journey to deliver amazing experiences. Pricing is one of the most impactful levers in our business—and you’ll be shaping how it works across dozens of markets and millions of customers. In this role, you’ll tackle a wide range of pricing-related challenges—from developing intelligent pricing algorithms to advancing our experimentation techniques. You will support other Data Scientists in delivering high-quality solutions, challenge assumptions, and help raise the bar for data science practices across our teams.

As a Senior Data Scientist, you’ll work closely with multiple cross-functional teams to build and maintain scalable, reliable machine learning services deployed globally.

Your mission:

• Design and implement automation and experimentation algorithms for pricing, from conception to production.
• Take technical ownership and uphold high quality standards within the team. Mentor junior team members.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders and translate business needs into data science solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest research and suggest state-of-the-art models to improve customer outcomes.
• Contribute to long-term strategic planning and defining a short-term roadmap to tackle complex and meaningful data problems.
• Most importantly: You’re excited to build global systems affecting millions of customers, and you continuously drive for excellence.

Qualifications

• Solid statistical skills—you’re confident with fundamentals and first-principles thinking in statistics and machine learning theory.
• Strong engineering background—you write clean, maintainable Python code and SQL queries, following best practices for production systems.
• Deep expertise in at least one relevant domain (, causal inference, time series, Bayesian methods, neural networks, NLP/LLM, ranking/matching, advanced experimentation).
• Thoughtful approach—you challenge assumptions and care deeply about working with clean, trustworthy data.
• Substantial experience in a business environment where you developed a strong business understanding.
• Clear communicator—you can distill complex requirements from many stakeholders into a clear, MVP-ready direction.
• You value agile processes, data-driven development, reliability, and rigorous experimentation.
