Requirements

The key responsibilities

  1. Proactively manage client relationships, including onboarding, check-ins, and improvement plans for long-term success.
  2. Keep accurate records of all client interactions in HubSpot.
  3. Serve as the communication link between key customers and internal teams.
  4. Understand key customer needs and requirements thoroughly.
  5. Resolve complaints and prevent further issues by analyzing and improving processes.
  6. Build strong client relationships based on trust and respect.
  7. Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate product improvements.
  8. Maintain accounts, analyze current situations, and identify areas for improvement, such as take rate, payment methods, and upselling features and products.
  9. Develop and monitor new sales opportunities.
  10. Assist with additional team projects related to your skills, in areas such as product or marketing, due to the small team size.

What you need to bring with you

  • 3-5 years of experience in Account Management.
  • A proactive attitude to identify issues and opportunities.
  • Preferably understanding of SaaS and marketplaces.
  • Preferably experience in fintech, financial services, or payments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German; knowledge of French and/or Italian is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Knowledge of CRM software, especially HubSpot.
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collect, track, and analyze data.
  • Enthusiastic, innovative, self-motivated, and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and in a small team environment.
  • EU citizenship or EU work permit.
