Beaulieu Fibres International is a leading supplier of staple fibres to the nonwoven industry. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to drive business development and strengthen our presence in the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region.
Location : Wielsbeke, Belgium (headquarters) or Germany / Austria remote, with monthly check-ins.
Role Overview : This critical role requires a seasoned professional with at least five years of experience in B2B sales, a strong ability to build and maintain relationships, preferably with an existing in-depth understanding of the nonwoven industry in German-speaking markets, or the capability to rapidly develop such understanding and network. The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and possess excellent communication skills in English. The candidate should demonstrate strong financial analytical skills, while experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce is essential. The role requires a high willingness to travel, up to 50%.
