Qualifikationen

Responsibilities for the Test Development Engineer:

• Developing calibration and test concepts for novel optoelectronic devices.
• Introducing new techniques to enhance existing calibration and test stations.
• Building and releasing new test stations for R&D and production purposes.
• Supporting the mass production team in debugging test station issues.
• Defining technical specifications for software development to support automated testing.
• Conducting functional verification of test software and implementation.
• Reviewing existing calibration and test concepts to improve performance and reduce costs.
• Collaborating with the product design team to define test requirement specifications.
• Supporting and leading failure analyses of optoelectronic devices concerning test issues.

Requirements for the Test Development Engineer:

• Experience in developing calibration and test stations.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SQL databases, and statistical tools.
• Knowledge in optoelectronics and semiconductor technology preferred.
• Basic understanding of production and product development.
• Familiarity with technical drawings and production documents.
• Basic knowledge of C# is advantageous.
• Strong teamwork skills, flexibility, and reliability.
• Excellent English skills; proficiency in German is a plus.
