We have an opening for a Project Manager to oversee a major new build Data Centre in Frankfurt that is scheduled to run for several years (multi-phases).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage all CSA (Civil, Structural and Architectural) packages on site.
2. Familiarity with and management of Project Schedule in conjunction with other trades and Package Leads.
3. Close out of all project items including O & M Manuals, Health & Safety File, QA File – all with the support of the CSA Package Manager.

The Ideal Candidate:

1. Previous experience on similar large-scale projects (Data Centre advantageous).
2. Strong CSA background.
3. Experienced in design and build.
