Job Description:

As the Chief of Staff to the CEO (m/f/d), you will serve as a trusted advisor and confidant to the CEO, focusing on executing strategic initiatives and operational tasks to ensure scalability and efficiency. You will work closely with the CEO to help achieve organizational goals, without overlapping with the responsibilities of the Executive Assistant.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the CEO, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate and prioritize the CEO's activities for efficient time management.
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear and effective communication.
  • Assist in developing and driving business strategies, aligning departmental goals with company objectives.
  • Prepare tasks and follow up on behalf of the CEO to ensure scalability and efficiency.
  • Analyze data and create reports to support business operations and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage and execute special projects requiring cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience in senior roles at fast-growing startups, strategy consulting, or sales/revenue operations.
  • Proven track record of interacting effectively with senior stakeholders on cross-functional projects.
  • Structured approach to prioritizing work and managing time.
  • Successful experience in project coordination and reporting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with practical problem-solving skills.
