Whether developing and realizing new technology as a team, collaborating to build instrumentation, or strengthening vital relationships with countless global industries, we work to create trusted relationships that help everyone thrive. As a family-owned company, we look beyond short-term moves and work to create a vision that is forward-thinking for our people, our clients, and the world at large.

What is this role about?

With the power of a global company and the agility of a start-up, we offer you the ideal environment for innovation at our Freising location, right in the heart of the Munich metropolitan region. In this inspiring setting, we work together to develop cutting-edge solutions for process measurement technology. Bring your ideas to life and help us shape the future of measurement – using modern tools, within an innovative team, and with the goal of making industrial processes more sustainable worldwide.

Which tasks will you perform?

  • You drive our application-oriented research forward with your solid theoretical knowledge and experimental investigations
  • You design new sensors and optimize them using state-of-the-art simulation tools
  • You explore new applications for Coriolis mass flow, density, and viscosity measurement
  • You lead fundamental and pre-development projects as well as technology projects in collaboration with external partners
  • You have the opportunity to qualify innovative measurement technologies with our customers in Germany and abroad, identifying new approaches and opportunities along the way

What do we expect from you?

  • You hold a Master's degree with a PhD or relevant professional experience in Computational Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable field
  • You bring excellent skills in structural mechanics simulations using FEM tools such as COMSOL, and ideally experience with 3D CAD software like Creo Parametric
  • You are familiar with the numerical and experimental analysis of modes and spectra of vibroacoustic systems, as well as conducting fatigue analyses
  • You have good knowledge in data analysis, e.g., using Python or MATLAB
  • You are a self-reliant, responsible personality with creativity and a drive to make an impact – and you enjoy working in a team
  • You communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken; good German skills are a plus

What can you expect from us?

  • Flexible working hours with no core hours
  • A dynamic and innovative work environment embracing digital transformation
  • Opportunities for professional development and career planning
  • A family-friendly corporate culture focused on work-life balance
