R&D Operator

Your mission

Ensure smooth operation of our R&D 3D printing clusters by organizing prints, maintaining equipment, and evaluating results to support ongoing research and development.

Your profile

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate print jobs within the R&D cluster.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and perform routine upkeep of the 3D printing setup.
• Evaluate printed samples by measuring key parameters and quality metrics.
• Provide structured, actionable feedback to enhance process efficiency.

Skills & Experience:

• Basic proficiency in Python scripting for automation and process management.
• Hands-on experience with 3D printing technologies (FDM preferred).
• Ability to analyze test results and document findings systematically.
• Eagerness to learn and grow under mentorship.
