You will make an impact by:

• Providing coaching notes and constructive feedback to Scrum teams and their leaders.
• Ensuring effective communication of changes to leaders and stakeholders through change management strategies.
• Training newly formed Scrum teams and facilitating skill development during initial and sustainment phases.
• Leading Scrum Transformation Waves (up to three teams), guiding teams through readiness and sustaining phases.
• Coaching teams on agile thinking and Scrum methodology.
• Ensuring teams derive value from Scrum cadences and adopt effective practices.
• Refining training materials and strategies for team success.
• Serving as an agile subject matter expert, mentoring Project Managers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams.
• Acting as a backup coach in different regions when needed.
• Performing other duties to support the transformation initiative.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 8 years of project management experience.
• Experience leading agile transformations and coaching Scrum teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools, with strong documentation and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Deep understanding of agile principles, change management, and software development.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with experience in budgeting and finance.
• Leadership skills to influence change and collaborate with management and executives.
• Experience in regulated environments, with attention to detail and compliance.
• Ability to interact professionally across all organizational levels and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
