Customer Success Manager in EMEA to support Germany and France

At Varian, a Siemens Healthineers Company, we are dedicated to beating cancer by developing and delivering efficient oncology solutions. We are seeking a Customer Success Manager (f/m/d) to support our Multi-Disciplinary Oncology business unit, managing customer success for Varian SaaS products and services.

This remote role can be based in Germany, France, or Switzerland.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
  1. Build trusted relationships with customers in Germany and France, including clinic end users, project teams, and stakeholders.
  2. Understand customer needs and business objectives, oversee project timelines, and develop best practices.
  3. Serve as the main contact for customers, proactively resolve challenges, and collaborate with internal teams.
  4. Develop and maintain customer success plans with Account Managers, outlining key performance metrics.
  5. Analyze success metrics and feedback, assess risks, and identify opportunities for improvement; report regularly to customers and leadership.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to translate business needs and customer requirements.
  7. Support internal teams in improving SaaS solutions, including pre-sales and training support.
  8. Drive adoption and satisfaction post go-live, ensuring customer goals are met and relationships are maintained.
Your profile:
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, with at least five years of related experience.
  2. Strong understanding of clinical workflows and effective communication with clinicians.
  3. Knowledge of oncology or radiotherapy workflows is a plus.
  4. Experience with SaaS products/services is a plus.
  5. Proven ability to build relationships, engage proactively, and provide solutions.
  6. Ability to analyze complex workflows and solve problems.
  7. Drive service adoption and timely delivery; anticipate and handle risks proactively.
  8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills; passion for customer experience.
  9. Willingness to travel (>40%) to customer sites.
  10. Proficiency in German, French, and English.
