In this role, you will provide day-to-day financial support to the EMEA management team through financial analysis and business decision support. This position reports to the APOC EMEA Area Controller and collaborates with APOC International Headquarters and country commercial teams.

Primary Objectives of Position

• Own FP&A processes within EMEA, coordinating activities with the FP&A Manager.
• Set up scheduled Proof of Concept (POC) planning activities.
• Prepare and consolidate financial forecasts.
• Deliver margin risk and contingency analysis.
• Create monthly management reporting with robust analysis.
• Present financial information in clear, concise value-added analysis.
• Provide pricing guidance on commercial deals.
• Streamline processes for timely financial information delivery.
• Collaborate with divisional FP&A and IFO teams.
• Establish and maintain a strong system of internal financial controls.
• Manage communication with affiliates to ensure alignment with corporate expectations.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years of finance/accounting experience.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and adaptability.
• Enjoys working in an international environment.
• Excellent Excel skills; familiarity with HFM/SAP/TM1/Cognos/BI tools is a plus.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced/global organization.
