Responsibilities
  1. Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business leads through market research, networking, and outreach.
  2. Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify potential opportunities and trends in the solar industry.
  3. Marketing Campaigns: Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
  4. Sales Support: Collaborate with and support the sales team to execute strategies for lead conversion and customer acquisition.
  5. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on business development activities, lead generation, and market trends.
Qualifications
  1. Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field.
  3. Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and research skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  4. Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, eager to learn, and passionate about renewable energy and sustainability.
  5. Mobility: A valid driving license in Germany is required for travel to client sites and industry events. Able to travel 30-40% of the working time.
