Identity & Access Management Specialist (f/m/d) - Security Architecture, Eschborn

This role is part of the IAM Product team within the Group CISO function and is responsible for shaping the future of identity and access management within the GLS Group.

What can you expect with us?

• Design, implement, operate and optimize the group-wide identity and access management (IAM) solution
• Align the IAM architecture with relevant stakeholders (e.g., HR, security, compliance, IT)
• Collaborate in the group-wide implementation project
• Integrate directory services and new applications into the IAM solution
• Consult stakeholders regarding IAM topics
• Coordinate and execute regular controls (e.g., re-certification of rights, process reviews)
• Support internal and external audits

What do you bring to the table?

• Completed studies in business informatics, computer science, information systems or comparable professional work experience in IT
• At least 2-3 years of work experience in the area of identity and access management
• Knowledge of IAM concepts such as authentication, authorization, user management, privileged access management, single sign-on
• Knowledge of current information security challenges and specific security risks in the enterprise environment
• Experience with established identity and access management solutions
• Advanced language proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
