The GDPR-compliant Legal AI meets high professional and data protection requirements for lawyers and is certified according to ISO standards. The product Beck-Noxtua is based on data from Germany’s leading legal publisher and law firm CMS.

Mission & Vision

As a Senior Product Owner (m/f/d), you will oversee one of our cross-functional teams, managing the entire product lifecycle and working closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver value.

Your Team

You will be part of a team of 6-7 developers, a product owner, and a designer, collaborating closely to develop our Legal AI solutions.

Your Hiring Manager

You will report to Ruth, Chief Product Officer, who leads product and design strategy. Ruth emphasizes user feedback, accessibility, and innovation, fostering a collaborative, agile environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Own and lead the full product lifecycle for your area.
• Manage key product risks: value, usability, feasibility, and business viability.
• Maintain the product backlog, write user stories, and plan sprints.
• Translate user needs into actionable product initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and keep them informed.
• Use analytics and feedback to inform decisions and measure success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful delivery.
• Drive usability and adoption through testing and iteration.
• Analyze market and competition to inform product positioning.
• Champion Legal AI innovation by integrating domain expertise.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a Product Owner, preferably in B2B SaaS or legal tech.
• Experience launching and growing complex software products.
• Understanding of agile methodologies and iterative development.
• Strong communication skills for technical and legal concepts.
• Strategic, user-centric mindset and passion for product experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Law, CS, Business, or related; advanced degrees a plus.
• Flexible working hours: 32-40h/week.
