Team Leader Role

As a team leader, you will motivate and guide your team to deliver excellent customer service, manage daily operations, and ensure the store runs smoothly. You will inspire your team, provide on-the-job training, and contribute ideas for store improvement.

• Leadership experience in a fast-paced, commercial environment
• Creative approach to visual merchandising

• Flexibility to change locations occasionally

Responsibilities

• Be the point of contact for colleagues and assist with complex customer queries
• Manage, coach, and develop team members
• Assist with opening and closing the store
• Contribute ideas to improve store environment

• Fixed hours contract (32-38 hours/week)
