Your contribution:

• You are the interface to our 22,000 German partners who have leased sites to us on a long-term basis and maintain a trusting relationship with them
• You will make the initial contact with our landlords to submit an offer for contract extension or the purchase of sites
• Based on the initial discussion, you will create a customized offer that you will negotiate until the conclusion
• You will accompany the preparation of all necessary contract documents internally (for example, rental or purchase contracts) and remain the first point of contact for our landlords.

What makes you stand out:

• You enjoy working and interacting with people and, for example, have gained initial experience as an employee in a call center or in customer acquisition
• You have strong communication skills and already have initial experience in negotiation
• You are willing to quickly familiarize yourself with new challenges
• Sound knowledge of MS Office, in particular Word, PowerPoint and Excel, is essential
• You have a basic understanding of numbers and can quickly grasp technical contexts which we will explain to you during onboarding
• Experience in contract law (rental and purchase contracts, land registry matters) is desirable, but not required, as we will also go through an introduction to the topic with you regarding this
