How you will create an impact:

  • Plan, develop, implement, and operate Microsoft M365 tools (SharePoint, Teams) and Power Platform applications (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, recommend enhancements, and promote best practices.
  • Participate in strategic planning to align Microsoft services with business goals, staying updated on industry trends.
  • Define operational level agreements and ensure compliance.
  • Oversee configuration and maintenance of Microsoft applications in collaboration with the MS operations team.
  • Provide advanced technical support to end-users, resolving service issues within agreed SLAs.
  • Liaise with software vendors for support, updates, and enhancements.
  • Support knowledge management and digital collaboration initiatives based on Microsoft tools.
  • Develop and deliver training, create documentation, and maintain knowledge bases.
  • Manage incident resolution and problem-solving, conducting root cause analysis and preventive measures.

About you:

  • Apprenticeship as an IT specialist or a bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, IT, or a related field.
  • Approximately 5 years of experience in Microsoft application management or similar roles.
  • Proven experience developing and customizing applications within Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Understanding of web technologies such as HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with SaaS enterprise software solutions and cloud technologies.
  • Familiarity with integration and automation scenarios, including API management.
  • Strong communication skills to convey technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Focus on user satisfaction, understanding needs, and ensuring applications meet expectations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English for international communication.
