What you will do :

Depending on the team you join, responsibilities may include:

1. Communicating with customers via phone, chat, and email
2. Tracking and following up on cases to ensure they are resolved efficiently and promptly
3. Building and maintaining strong, professional relationships with all partners, demonstrating empathy at all times
4. Working towards targets set by the client statement of work and internal goals
5. Answering customer inquiries and troubleshooting or escalating technical issues
6. Following standard diagnostic procedures, focusing on handling frequently asked questions effectively
7. Turning every customer interaction into a positive experience
8. Sharing ideas and solutions with colleagues
