Your Tasks

• Develop and execute digital transformation solutions, aligning technology with business goals.
• Identify, assess, and implement emerging digital tools, including GenAI, automation, data analytics, and Low code applications.
• Optimize end-to-end business processes, enhancing efficiency, scalability, and agility.
• Work with cross-functional teams in digital initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption and integration.
• Work on change management efforts like training stakeholders, conducting workshops, and fostering a culture of innovation.

Your Profile

• Degree in Business, IT, Digital Innovation, or related field.
• Several relevant years of experience in digital transformation, process optimization, or IT strategy.
• Strong knowledge of automation, data analytics, GenAI, Low code tools.
• Good project management, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills.
• Passion for driving innovation, problem-solving, and implementing future-ready solutions with a good mix on hands-on ability and business understanding.
• Business fluent in English.
