Job Description:

Join our team as we expand our carrier network and enhance logistics solutions for our customers. Your role will involve acquiring new logistics service providers across Europe and building strong commercial partnerships in freight forwarding. Our goal is to secure the best rates with top operational performance for tailored cross-border logistics solutions.

The essence of your role

1. Responsible for the strategic purchasing process of transport services (FTL, LTL, general cargo).
2. Manage existing transport partners and support development of transport solutions.
3. Conduct performance reviews with partners.
4. Collaborate with Supply Chain Planning, Freight Forwarding, and Parcel Logistics teams.
5. Participate in projects to optimize and automate processes.

Qualifications

This is what you need to succeed

1. Education or experience in logistics.
2. Over 1 year of experience in purchasing national and international land transport.
3. Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, ownership, and motivation to grow in logistics.
4. Good knowledge of MS Office.
5. Fluent English; German skills (min B2).
