Location : Germany or UK (Dusseldorf or Aldershot) + Hybrid working 2 days in office

Salary : £45k+ Bonus + Car Allowance

I am currently working alongside a well-established manufacturer known for delivering precision-engineered components into demanding sectors like aerospace, defence, and advanced industrial applications. My client is seeking a Product Manager to manage and develop the product roadmap and liaise with their headquarters in Japan on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

1. Support European sales team with product-related technical discussions.
2. Attain in-depth specialist knowledge of the connectors market, identifying new gaps for product development.
3. Manage and develop the product roadmap.

Qualifications:

• Electronic engineering degree or equivalent.
• Minimum basic level of Japanese communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to communicate and lead technical presentations.
• Proficiency in MS Office software, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
