Job Overview

As our new Travel Specialist, you'll inspire our German-speaking customers to travel to South America. You will create and sell high-quality, authentic group trips, manage trip preparations, and follow-up. With a passion for South America, you will promote responsible tourism and innovative travel experiences, providing excellent customer service in German via email and phone.

Location & Team

We are hiring destination specialists for Argentina, Chile (Patagonia), and Ecuador. Positions can be based at our Berlin headquarters or remote. Please note, the team is currently full, but opportunities may arise soon. Applications must be in English.

Responsibilities

1. Sell travel adventures to South America via phone and email.
2. Present and optimize our travel products online.
3. Guide travelers before and after trips.
4. Coordinate reservations with flights and local service providers.
5. Meet sales goals regularly.

Qualifications

1. 2+ years experience in sales or tourism, preferably in group travel.
2. Native-level German (C2) proficiency, fluent in English.
3. Customer service and sales passion.
4. Travel experience in South America preferred.
5. Positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure.
