Customer Engineer Power

The position involves daily work for our customers, responsible for all service activities including maintenance, repair, and commissioning at customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and commissioning of UPS / 48V systems and battery systems at customer sites
• Testing system parameters, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical and electrical malfunctions
• Documenting and completing assignments on time and within scope
• Using all necessary tools in accordance with VERTIV policies
• Providing emergency standby support within the region

Qualifications

• Vocational training as an electrician in electrical or industrial engineering
• Practical experience handling battery systems
• Willingness to travel within the region, possibly overnight
• Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach
• Driver's license category B
• Fluent in German and English
