Job Description
- Setup, configuration, and maintenance of notebooks, printers, conference room equipment, and other hardware.
- Administration of local infrastructure, including MacOS, Windows, and Cisco networks (Access Points, Routers).
- Management of accounts and access rights (G Suite, VPN access, etc.).
- Development of IT infrastructure and processes to support our rapid growth, including implementation of IT projects.
- Development and implementation of a centralized identification and authentication platform.
- Handling complex service requests as part of 1st and 2nd level support.
- Creation of technical documentation and reports.
- Hardware selection and management.
Qualifications
- Degree in computer science or IT-related training (e.g., specialist in IT system integration).
- Experience in 1st and 2nd level IT support.
- High responsibility in handling sensitive data.
- Strong service orientation and quality awareness.
- Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented approach.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Experience with identity and access management solutions (e.g., Okta) and endpoint management (e.g., VMWare Workspace One) is a plus.
