Job Description

1. Setup, configuration, and maintenance of notebooks, printers, conference room equipment, and other hardware.
2. Administration of local infrastructure, including MacOS, Windows, and Cisco networks (Access Points, Routers).
3. Management of accounts and access rights (G Suite, VPN access, etc.).
4. Development of IT infrastructure and processes to support our rapid growth, including implementation of IT projects.
5. Development and implementation of a centralized identification and authentication platform.
6. Handling complex service requests as part of 1st and 2nd level support.
7. Creation of technical documentation and reports.
8. Hardware selection and management.

Qualifications

1. Degree in computer science or IT-related training (e.g., specialist in IT system integration).
2. Experience in 1st and 2nd level IT support.
3. High responsibility in handling sensitive data.
4. Strong service orientation and quality awareness.
5. Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented approach.
6. Fluency in German and English.
7. Experience with identity and access management solutions (e.g., Okta) and endpoint management (e.g., VMWare Workspace One) is a plus.
