Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email
• Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed efficiently and promptly
• Maintain high customer satisfaction, representing major brands
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with partners and show empathy at all times
• Work towards achieving targets set by the client and internal goals

Qualifications:

• Fluency in German
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Exceptional soft skills and problem-solving abilities
• Computer literacy and tech savviness
• Resourcefulness and ability to multitask
• Ability to thrive as a team player in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
