Job Description

Rheinmetall Technical Publications GmbH in Penzberg is seeking a Hardware Entwicklungsingenieur Qualifikation und Testing (m/w/d) for a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities

• Electronic hardware development according to V-model from the device level
• Derivation of test requirements from requirements engineering, focusing on electronic avionics assemblies
• Preparation and execution of integration tests and qualification measures
• Creation and execution of verification programs and reports at equipment level (test cases, test programs, etc.)
• Close interdisciplinary collaboration with other departments and the sample testing department
• Communication with subcontractors and suppliers

Qualifications

• Diplom-Ingenieur (FH/TU) or M.Eng./M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering
• Several years of experience in electronic hardware development
• Experience in requirements engineering, testing formulation, and development processes (V-model)
• Preferably experience with standards in manned aviation (e.g., DO160, DO254, ARP4754)
• Experience with requirements tools (e.g., Doors, Jama, Polarion)
• Excellent German and good English skills
