Job Description:

As Account Manager Metal Framing & Pipe Supports (MF&PS), you will serve existing customers and identify new growth opportunities to generate revenue, improve profitability, and support business growth. Develop strong relationships with key partners, end-users, OEMs, and other stakeholders to ensure our MF&PS products are specified and purchased, meeting sales targets.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will implement the regional MF&PS strategy in Germany and meet your set targets. This position is based in Germany.

  • As an ambitious sales professional with a hunter mentality, you will achieve business goals to ensure growth. Use your knowledge of MF&PS products to drive success in your region.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with regional and European objectives.
  • Analyze market opportunities to maximize margins and market penetration.
  • Seek synergy opportunities across the business units, including process, tools, systems, and cross-selling.
  • Understand the company's products and advise others accordingly.
  • Maintain relationships with distribution partners to understand local market characteristics.
  • Drive sales excellence and performance across channels.
  • Ensure pricing policies are in place for each sales channel.
  • Forecast and report sales volumes regularly.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Technical Services, and other departments to stay informed about market conditions and trends.
  • Attend industry seminars, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Use CRM tools professionally to log activities and manage opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively as part of the team within the company.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in business or technical fields, 5-10 years of sales experience in HVAC, and strong technical and commercial confidence. Fluency in English and German is required, with proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce, and SAP preferred. Willingness to travel up to 75% is necessary.
