A Day in the Life

Be at the forefront of electrophysiology advancements. As a Technical Consultant for our Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) team, you will impact patient care through Medtronic's technologies. We focus on leading the market with our Affera Mapping and Ablation System, innovative ablation catheters, cardiac mapping systems, and electrophysiology products.

Join our community of experts dedicated to ensuring quality and affordable care globally. This role is based in Germany as a remote position, with travel expected to be 80-100%, across Germany and Western Europe, providing diverse market experience and building an international network.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Planning training programs with the Sales Manager and teams
• Providing technical support on CAS products and procedures
• Supporting sales and marketing during product presentations
• Reporting market trends, account information, and competitive insights
• Gathering and reporting customer feedback, product issues, and complaints
• Completing administrative tasks, including activity reports

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Engineering
• Knowledge of electrophysiology procedures and products
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and quality focus
