The Role:
We’re seeking a dynamic Account Executive who is passionate about sales and has a proven track record of success in the SaaS domain. As a key member of the DACH sales team, you’ll play a vital role in driving growth by selling their suite of procurement solutions to mid-market and enterprise organizations. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, understanding their challenges and offering solutions that make a real difference.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Execution: Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities by cultivating relationships with potential clients.
Solution Expertise: Become an expert in our SaaS solutions, understanding how they address specific challenges in supplier risk management, vendor management, risk management, and ESG.
Market Penetration: Target mid-market organizations within the procurement profession, devising strategies to penetrate and grow market share.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on strategies, provide feedback from the market, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Achievement of Goals: Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to our growth objectives and establishing [Company Name] as a leader in procurement solutions.
The Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably selling SaaS solutions.
Demonstrated success in selling to mid-market organizations, with a strong understanding of the procurement profession.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
A self-starter with a track record of successful, credible lead follow-up and sales development at multiple executive levels within an organization.
