TEAM DESCRIPTION

In the Sales Capability Team, our vision is to inspire and enable our commercial people to be the best respected and recognized as category trade partners for joint value creation. We support the Sales, Category, and NRM teams across 42 countries. We are seeking a new Insights & Reporting Specialist to drive this exciting agenda.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Design and develop KPI dashboards that integrate internal and external data sources to support Sales, Category, and NRM teams with meaningful insights.
2. Collaborate with local markets to enhance reporting capabilities, identify specific data needs, and deliver tailored dashboard solutions.
3. Work with international teams such as IT, Marketing Excellence, and Controlling to ensure consistent data structures and reporting standards.
4. Engage regularly with country teams to track progress, gather feedback, and drive stakeholder engagement.
5. Support the implementation of SAP Datasphere, providing strategic input and technical support, and promoting innovation.
6. Align with the Business Architecture team in IT on project governance, local requirements, and scalable reporting solutions.
7. Document KPIs and dashboards systematically and identify opportunities to incorporate AI and advanced analytics.

WHAT YOU BRING

1. Solid FMCG experience in roles such as sales, business/NRM analyst, data scientist, or similar. Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
2. Hands-on experience with sales systems and data tools, proficient in Power BI, Excel, BW Analysis, and MS SQL.
3. Strong numerical and analytical skills, effective collaboration with commercial teams.
4. Ability to work independently, stay focused under pressure, and manage multiple priorities.
5. Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, and active listening.
6. Initiative, reliability, attention to detail, and a solution-focused mindset.
7. Strong cultural awareness, openness to travel, fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
