This role involves building the future of privacy by engaging talented professionals in a fast-paced, multi-industry environment. As part of the Workplace Trust team, you will operationalize privacy policies across Amazon's global workforce, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure compliance and creating comprehensive document packages for Employee Representative Bodies.

Key responsibilities include consulting with various teams on applications requiring Employee Representative Body action, preparing and translating documentation, addressing stakeholder questions, and managing risks. You will support communication across technical and non-technical audiences, synthesize data for process improvements, and ensure timely delivery of documents.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in program or project management
• Cross-functional collaboration experience
• Process improvement skills using data and metrics
• Fluent in German and English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Document translation experience
