Qualifikationen

• Idealerweise 1-2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Logistik innerhalb eines Einzelhandels- oder Konsumgüterunternehmens.
• Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch.

Aufgaben

• Bearbeitung des 1. und 2. Level Supports für unsere Verteilzentren in Deutschland & Österreich/CEE.
• Identifizierung von Fehlern und selbstständige Lösung von Fällen innerhalb der Lieferkette.

Responsibilities

1. Handling 1st and 2nd level support for our distribution centers in Germany & Austria/CEE.
2. Identifying errors and independently resolving cases within the supply chain.
3. Participating in process optimization and implementing improvements autonomously.
4. Developing and supporting customer service processes.
5. Designing and testing system adjustments in the ERP system (CR, Service Request, etc.) until go-live.
6. Collaborating closely with operational teams in distribution centers and supply chain interfaces.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training or a degree in logistics, business informatics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and enjoyment working with numbers.
• Ideally 1-2 years of experience in logistics within a retail or consumer goods company.
• Basic knowledge of SAP and proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Language skills in German and English.
