Ready to take our Supply Chain Planning to the next level?

Our Supply Chain Management oversees the entire process—from procurement to product refurbishment—and plays a crucial role in our growth. We have big plans for the future!

As a Supply Chain Planner, you will work within an end-to-end (E2E), holistic supply chain planning framework. Your role is to ensure the availability of relevant products across the group at optimal inventory levels, contributing to improved product availability and cost efficiency.

Specifically, this means
  1. Planning procurement based on market demand to ensure high product availability while maintaining efficient inventory levels. Your planning group depends on you!
  2. Determining capacity requirements and coordinating with suppliers' production capacities.
  3. Reviewing and optimizing procurement, inventory, and costs; providing concrete recommendations based on KPIs.
  4. Managing product changes from sampling to phase-in and phase-out, acting as the main contact for related functions.
  5. Collaborating with colleagues from Inventory Planning, Logistics, Product Development, Marketing, Sales, Purchasing, and international supply partners, and participating in process improvement projects.
  6. Becoming an SAP ERP expert in the MM/PP modules and mastering our planning system Maestro after onboarding.
To fully unlock your potential with us, you should bring:
  • A degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering with a focus on Supply Chain Management or Production & Logistics, or a completed technical apprenticeship with extensive training.
  • 3-5 years of experience in supply chain planning within manufacturing or SCM consultancy, with operational process knowledge.
  • Strong analytical skills, a proactive, solution-oriented mindset, and attention to detail.
  • Reliable, goal-oriented work style with a big-picture view.
  • Excellent communication skills, teamwork enthusiasm, and proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and MS Office, plus fluency in German, English, and Mandarin.
