A day in the life of an Associate

As an Associate in the Client Service team, you'll connect clients with the expert knowledge they seek. You'll work on multiple projects from investors, strategists, and dealmakers at top-tier organizations seeking insights to inform their decisions. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to multitask across parallel workstreams.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Recruiting experts: engaging with specialists relevant to your clients’ projects, often under tight deadlines.
  • Understanding project and market contexts, including legal and regulatory environments.
  • Managing all aspects of your projects, from initiating and coordinating client-expert communications to scheduling calls for seamless collaboration.

Ensuring success for our Associates means :

  • Providing an introduction to the business world without limiting exposure to any industry or profession.
  • Developing transferable skills in professional communication, negotiation, persuasion, and project management.
  • Offering a clear career progression to Manager after 24-30 months and to Vice President after approximately 5 years.
  • Successful completion of the program may qualify you for our MBA Tuition Program, supporting studies at top business schools worldwide.

Requirements

  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Noteworthy extracurricular achievements.
  • Relevant internship experience.
  • Fluency in Polish and English (C2 level) and B2 German proficiency.
  • First-year total compensation ranging from €56,600 (average) to €66,400 (high performance), including a €52,000 base salary and uncapped performance-based bonuses.
  • 28 vacation days annually.

  • A modern office in Hamburg city center with around 40 employees, fostering a close-knit working environment (Monday-Thursday in-office, Friday remote).
