Qualifikationen

We are looking for a (Senior) Manager (m/w/d) Middle Office & Research for our capital management company focused on digital assets, starting as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities

• Act as a crucial link between portfolio management and back office, handling tasks related to trading, settlement, processing, and interface management.
• Create and validate fundamental and technical evaluations, analyze and recommend strategic asset allocation.
• Conduct digital asset research and reporting, prepare internal and external documents and presentations on market developments or products.
• Manage and maintain databases, support platform and system specifications and development.
• Represent and take on tasks from portfolio management.
• Participate actively in projects and potentially lead parts of projects.

Qualifications

• Completed university degree or comparable qualification in banking or capital markets.
• Professional experience in the financial services industry, ideally with a capital management company or asset manager.
• Solid expertise or practical experience with blockchain technology and digital assets (cryptocurrencies).
• Knowledge of the value chain, structures, and processes of institutional investment funds and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with relevant software, MS Office, and databases; SQL programming skills preferred.
• Practical experience in project work and responsibility for own projects.
